Heather has been a huge help with the process of purchasing our home. Met her back in 2021 she assign us to three different lenders until we found the right one. First lender didn’t workout because of our credits but this lender help us with tips and pros on how to work on our credit to bring it up on our own. We follow every strategy he provide for us and we forgot about buying a home but thanks to Heather she would always check in with us see where we were on buying a home. I put my trust in her to guide me and help me with the whole process. She connect us with second lender we got approve but wasn’t enough for how much we wanted to purchase. I almost quit but then I called her again and ask if there anybody else we can get approve for bigger amount she connect us with the country mortgage. We start working no more than 5 months with this lender we got approved shop around and found our home open escrow and close within 30 days. This is my first time making a big purchase like this and everytime I would call Heather to ask questions she always get back to me if not by phone is a text message. Even when she was on her family vacation she was still answering my calls and texts. She answer every questions I have and if she wasn’t sure she would tell me let her confirm and she make sure she’s giving me correct info.
